The Tenderloin Flight

In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Coat each tenderloin (Choice, Prime, Wagyu) with the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.

Marinate the Meats

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each tenderloin for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting time depending on thickness and desired doneness.

Cook the Tenderloins

While the meats are resting, prepare garlic mashed potatoes by boiling peeled potatoes until tender. Mash with butter, cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.

Prepare the Side

Slice each tenderloin into medallions and arrange them on a serving platter. Serve alongside a generous scoop of garlic mashed potatoes.
