Prepare the Ingredients
Rinse the broccolini and watercress under cold water. Pat dry. Slice the black tomatoes in half.
Cooking

Blacken the Tomatoes
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the black tomatoes cut-side down and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the skins are blistered and the tomatoes are blackened. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Broccolini
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, add the broccolini, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the broccolini is tender but still crisp.

Combine and Serve
Remove the skillet from heat. Add the watercress and lemon juice to the broccolini, tossing gently to combine. Serve topped with the blackened tomatoes.
