Slice the fresh baguette into 1-inch thick pieces. Arrange the slices on a serving platter.

Spread the goat cheese evenly over the baguette slices.

Drizzle honey over the goat cheese topped slices.

Sprinkle fresh thyme over the top for garnish.

Prepare Chicken Marinade
In a bowl, mix olive oil, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

Marinate Chicken
Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Cook Chicken
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and pour white wine over it. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
