1

Prepare glass

Select a tall highball or Collins glass (12–16 fl oz). If desired, chill the glass in the freezer for 10–15 minutes before serving to keep the drink colder longer.

2

Add ice

Place 3–5 ice cubes into the glass, leaving enough room for the soda to avoid overflow when pouring.

3

Pour Coke Zero

Open a chilled 12 fl oz can or pour approximately 12 fl oz from a chilled bottle of Coke Zero. Tilt the glass at about 45 degrees and slowly pour the Coke Zero down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation and reduce foaming. Fill to about 1⁄2 inch from the rim.

4

Garnish (optional)

If using, squeeze the lime wedge lightly over the drink to release a few drops of juice, then drop the wedge into the glass. Add a sprig of mint for aroma if desired.

5

Serve

Serve immediately with a straw or stirring spoon. Remind guests that Coke Zero is best enjoyed cold to retain its crispness and carbonation.
