Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Add Cheddar
Reduce heat to low, add the shredded cheddar cheese, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is smooth.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce, stirring to coat the pasta evenly.

Top with Pulled Pork
Serve the mac and cheese in bowls, topped with a generous portion of smoked pulled pork and an extra sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
