Prepare the Brisket
Rub the brisket with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Smoke the Brisket
Smoke the brisket at 225°F (107°C) for approximately 12 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 190°F (88°C). Wrap in foil and let it rest for 1 hour before slicing.

Cook the Macaroni
Boil macaroni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Combine Pasta and Cheese Sauce
Mix the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce until well combined. Transfer to a baking dish.

Add Brisket
Layer the sliced smoked brisket over the mac and cheese.

Top with Cheese and Breadcrumbs
Sprinkle additional cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs on top.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
