Prepare the Dough

Add Flour
Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in flour until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.

Incorporate Eggs
Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the dough is smooth. Finally, stir in vanilla extract.
Prepare Cinnamon Sugar

Mix Cinnamon Sugar
In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Set aside.
Prepare Chocolate Sauce

Melt Chocolate
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until smooth and creamy.
Fry the Churros

Pipe Churros
Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Carefully pipe strips of dough into the hot oil, cutting them to your desired length.

Fry Until Golden
Fry churros for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
