Cut the head of iceberg lettuce into quarters and place them on a serving platter.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Tomatoes

Slice the medium tomatoes into wedges and arrange them around the lettuce on the platter.

  3. 3

    Prepare Hard-Boiled Eggs

Peel and slice the hard-boiled eggs in half. Place them on top of the lettuce wedges.

Tobacco Onions

  1. 4

    Slice the Onions

Thinly slice the sweet onions into rings.

  2. 5

    Prepare the Coating

In a bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.

Drizzle the warm gorgonzola dressing over the lettuce, tomatoes, and eggs. Top with crispy bacon slices and fried tobacco onions. Garnish with chopped chives.
