Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare Ramekins
Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with flour to prevent sticking. Place them on a baking sheet.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- 5
Combine Mixtures
Add the melted chocolate mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- 6
Add Eggs and Vanilla
Add the eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir until smooth and fully incorporated.
Baking
- 7
Fill Ramekins
Evenly distribute the batter among the prepared ramekins, filling each about 3/4 full.
- 8
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
