Prepare the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy. Add flour, salt, and 1/4 cup olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the Dough
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for 1 hour.

Shape and Bake
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Once risen, spread the dough into a greased baking pan. Dimple the surface with your fingers, drizzle with remaining olive oil, and sprinkle with rosemary and coarse sea salt. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.

Knead and Rise
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Shape and Bake
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Shape the dough into a loaf and place in a greased bread pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together extra virgin olive oil, basil, oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
Compound Butter

Mix the Butter
In a medium bowl, beat the unsalted butter until smooth. Stir in chives, minced garlic, and lemon zest until well combined. Transfer to a small dish and refrigerate until firm.
Fruit Jam

Place the mixed berry jam in a small serving bowl for dipping.
