    Prepare the Base

    In a large pitcher, combine the Bacardi Mango Chili Rum, Bacardi Gold Rum, and white wine. Stir gently to combine.

    Add Juices

    Pour in the orange juice and pineapple juice into the pitcher. Stir the mixture until well combined.

    Incorporate Fruit Purée

    Add the fruit purée of your choice (either mango or passionfruit) to the pitcher. Mix well to ensure even distribution.

    Add Fresh Fruits

    Add the fresh orange slices, pineapple chunks, and sliced strawberries to the mixture. Stir gently to incorporate.

    Chill the Sangria

    Cover the pitcher and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

    Serve with Soda

    Just before serving, add the soda water to the sangria and mix gently. Serve over ice in glasses.
