Method
Preparation of Sub Sandwiches

Assemble Cold Cuts
Lay out the Italian Cold Cut subs, Turkey and Cheese subs, Veggie Delight subs, and Roast Beef subs on a clean surface or cutting board.

Add Condiments
Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the inside of each sub. If desired, drizzle oil and vinegar dressing over the condiments.

Layer Vegetables
Add lettuce, sliced tomatoes, onions, and pickles onto each sub, dividing the ingredients evenly among the subs.
Assembly of Party Tray

Arrange on Platter
Place the assembled subs on the serving platter, arranging them in an appealing manner. You can mix and match the subs to create a colorful display.

Wrap and Chill
Cover the platter with plastic wrap to keep the subs fresh. Place the party tray in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Serve
When ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap and place the platter on the table for guests to enjoy.
