Prepare the Turkey
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this mixture all over the turkey breast. Grill the turkey for about 15-20 minutes on each side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Make the Stuffing
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and celery, sautéing until soft, about 5-7 minutes. In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, chicken broth, sage, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and transfer to a greased baking dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and hot sauce. Adjust the hot sauce to taste.
