Preparing the Salad Base

Wash and Chop Vegetables
Thoroughly wash the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and carrots under cold water. Chop the cucumber into bite-sized slices and shred the carrots.

Combine Salad Base
In a large salad bowl, add the mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber, and shredded carrots. Toss gently to mix.
Adding Toppings

Prepare Toppings
If using avocado, slice it in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into slices. If using grilled chicken, ensure it is cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Top the Salad
Add your choice of toppings, such as avocado slices, crumbled feta cheese, olives, grilled chicken pieces, and sunflower seeds to the salad base. Adjust the amount according to your preference.
Making the Dressing

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until well blended.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to ensure all ingredients are coated evenly.
