Assemble the Sub
Slice the sub roll in half lengthwise without cutting all the way through. Spread mayonnaise and mustard evenly on both sides.

Add the Fillings
Layer the deli meats on the bottom half of the roll, followed by the cheese, lettuce, and tomato slices. Close the sandwich.

Choose either potato chips or cole slaw to accompany your sub. If opting for cole slaw, portion it into a small serving bowl.

Include a chocolate chip cookie on the side of the lunch box.
