Method
Preparing the Wagyu Beef
- 1
Cook the Wagyu Beef
Preheat your oven to 250°F (121°C). Season the Wagyu beef with salt and pepper. Place it on a baking sheet and slow-roast it in the oven for about 2 hours, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Preparing the Turkey and Bacon
- 2
Heat the Turkey
While the beef is resting, heat the hand-pulled turkey in a pan over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
- 3
Assembling the Sandwich
- 4
Prepare the Vegetables
Wash the lettuce leaf, slice the tomato into medium rounds, and slice the onion thinly.
- 5
Spread the Mayonnaise
Take one slice of club sandwich bread and spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side.
- 6
Layer the Ingredients
On the mayonnaise side of the bread, layer the lettuce, followed by slices of the slow-roasted Wagyu beef, the warm turkey, crispy bacon, provolone cheese, tomato slices, and onion. Top with another slice of bread.
- 7
Finish the Sandwich
Repeat the layering process on the second slice of bread, then place the final slice of bread on top. Secure the sandwich with toothpicks if necessary.
- 8
Slice and Serve
Using a sharp knife, slice the sandwich diagonally into quarters. Serve immediately.
