Prepare the Mini Cold Classic Sub

Assemble the Sub
Slice the mini sub roll in half lengthwise. Spread mustard and mayonnaise on the inner sides of the roll.

Add Fillings
Layer the sliced turkey and ham on the bottom half of the roll. Place the lettuce, tomato slices, and Swiss cheese on top of the meats.

Complete the Sub
Cover with the top half of the roll. Press down gently to compact the fillings.
Prepare the Salad

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.

Add Feta and Dressing
Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
