Prepare the Base
In a large paella pan or a wide skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and rabbit pieces and sauté until browned on all sides.
Add Vegetables
Add the chopped green beans and grated tomato to the pan, stirring well. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
