1. Prepare the Coffee
In a small pot, combine the finely ground Greek coffee and water. Heat over medium heat until it reaches a boil. Remove from heat and let it steep for a few minutes.
2. Whip the Coffee
Using a frother or a whisk, whip the coffee mixture until it becomes frothy and creamy. Add sugar to taste while whipping.
3. Assemble the Frappe
In a tall glass, add the ice cubes. Pour the whipped coffee mixture over the ice. If desired, add milk to create a creamier texture.
