Sliders Ingredients

Method

Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fish

Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Cut them into slider-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Set Up Breading Stations

In one bowl, place the flour mixed with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. In a second bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.

  3. 3

    Bread the Fish

Dip each piece of fish into the flour mixture, then the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Place them on a plate.

  4. 4

    Fry the Fish

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, fry the fish pieces in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Sliders

Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half. Place a piece of fried fish on the bottom half, add a lettuce leaf, 2 pickle slices, and a generous dollop of tartar sauce. Top with the other half of the roll.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the sliders with a side of fries and enjoy!
