Pork Tenderloin

Caramelized Onions

Method

Pork Tenderloin Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the pork tenderloin with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Crust the Pork

Crush the Ritz crackers in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the egg. Dip the seasoned pork tenderloin first into the egg, then into the crushed Ritz crackers, ensuring an even coating.

  3. 3

    Sear the Pork

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the coated pork tenderloin on all sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  4. 4

    Bake the Pork

Transfer the seared pork to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Apple Kale Slaw Preparation

  1. 5

    Combine the Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the chopped kale, sliced apple, and grated carrot.

  2. 6

    Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 7

    Toss the Slaw

Pour the dressing over the kale mixture and toss well to combine. Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Whipped Brie Preparation

  1. 8

    Whip the Brie

In a mixing bowl, combine the room temperature Brie cheese and heavy cream. Use an electric mixer to whip until smooth and creamy.

  2. 9

    Add Flavor

Fold in the fresh thyme leaves for added flavor.

Caramelized Onions Preparation

  1. 10

    Cook the Onions

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced onions and cook, stirring frequently, until they become soft and translucent.

  2. 11

    Caramelize the Onions

Sprinkle sugar over the onions and continue cooking for another 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are golden brown and caramelized.
