Mix the Base Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Aperol, 1 oz of Chambord, and 3 oz of Champagne. Stir gently to mix the ingredients without losing the carbonation from the Champagne.
Add Soda Water
Add 1 oz of soda water to the mixture in the cocktail shaker. Stir gently once more to combine.
Serving
Prepare the Glass
Fill a wine glass or a large coupe glass with ice cubes to chill it while you prepare the spritz.
Garnish
Garnish the drink with 5 fresh raspberries and a twist of lemon peel on top for added aroma and visual appeal.
