Method
Brownie Bites Preparation
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Melt Butter
In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
Bake
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool and Cut
Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan, then cut them into bite-sized squares.
Flash Fry Brownie Bites
In a deep frying pan, heat oil to 375°F (190°C). Fry brownie bites in batches for about 30 seconds or until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
