Cookie Monster W/ Ice Cream Recipe
Our jumbo chocolate chunk cookie baked warm + gooey in a cast iron skillet, topped with vanilla bean ice cream. For a grown up twist, add a drizzle of Bailey's for an Additional Cost.

Cookie Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Cream Butter and Sugars
In a large bowl, using a hand mixer or stand mixer, cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Add Eggs and Vanilla
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, mix in the vanilla extract.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Fold in Chocolate Chunks
Gently fold in the chocolate chunks until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Bake the Cookie
Spread the cookie dough evenly in the prepared skillet. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is still slightly gooey.

Cool Slightly
Allow the cookie to cool in the skillet for about 10 minutes before serving.

Top the warm cookie with 4 generous scoops of vanilla bean ice cream.

If desired, drizzle Bailey's Irish Cream over the ice cream for an adult twist.
