Method

Burger Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently without overworking the meat.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions and shape them into round patties, slightly larger than the burger buns.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese

Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty after flipping and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burgers

Toast the burger buns lightly. On each bun bottom, place lettuce, a cooked patty with melted cheese, a slice of tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Top with the other half of the bun.

Fries Directions

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to create fries.

  2. 7

    Season the Fries

In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until they are evenly coated.

  3. 8

    Bake the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
