Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.

Place the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure there is space between each wing to ensure they cook evenly.

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Preparing Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir until well combined and heated through.
