Boil Macaroni
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add 2 cups of elbow macaroni and cook according to package directions until al dente, usually about 7-8 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Prepare Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter. Once melted, add 1 cup of hot sauce, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine and let simmer for about 5 minutes.

Prepare Cheese Sauce
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine 4 oz of cream cheese and 0.5 cups of milk. Stir continuously until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth. Gradually add in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until fully melted and combined.

Combine Macaroni and Sauces
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, prepared buffalo sauce, and cheese sauce. Stir well until the macaroni is evenly coated with both sauces.

Serve and Garnish
Spoon the buffalo mac into serving bowls. Top with chopped green onions and crumbled blue cheese. Serve hot.
