Preparation of Brussels Sprouts

Clean and Trim Brussels Sprouts
Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water and trim the stem ends. Remove any yellow or damaged leaves.

Season the Brussels Sprouts
In a large bowl, toss the cleaned Brussels sprouts with salt and black pepper until evenly coated.

Flash Fry Brussels Sprouts
Carefully add the seasoned Brussels sprouts to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 3-4 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove them and drain on paper towels.
Sauce Preparation

Make Dirty Ranch Sauce
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, dried dill, and hot sauce. Mix well until smooth and set aside.

Make Sesame Garlic Sauce
In another medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, honey, and rice vinegar until well combined. Stir in sesame seeds.
Serving

Toss Brussels Sprouts in Sauce
Choose either the dirty ranch or sesame garlic sauce. In a large bowl, toss the fried Brussels sprouts with your chosen sauce until evenly coated.
