Method

Ribs Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Ribs

Remove the membrane from the back of the pork ribs if necessary. This will help the ribs become more tender.

  3. 3

    Season the Ribs

Lightly season the ribs with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Apply BBQ Sauce

Brush the sweet BBQ or New Holland Bourbon sauce generously over the ribs on both sides.

  5. 5

    Cover and Bake

Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.

  6. 6

    Finish the Ribs

Remove the ribs from the oven, carefully unwrap the foil, and brush more sauce on the ribs. Optionally, place them under the broiler for 5-10 minutes to caramelize the sauce.

Sides Preparation

  1. 7

    Prepare the Sides

While the ribs are baking, prepare your sides. If using frozen French fries, cook them according to package instructions.

  2. 8

    Serve the Chips

Open the bag of potato chips and pour them into a serving bowl.
