Prepare the glass
Fill a pint glass with ice (about 2 cups) to chill and keep the drink cold.

Measure lemon juice
Pour 60 ml fresh lemon juice into a small pitcher.

Add strawberry syrup
Add 60 ml strawberry syrup to the pitcher with the lemon juice.

Add water and blend
Pour 180 ml cold water into the pitcher and whisk or stir until fully blended.

Assemble and serve
Pour the lemon-strawberry mixture over the ice in the pint glass. Stir gently and serve immediately. Optional: garnish with a lemon wheel or strawberry slice.
