KIDS MENU
- 1
Prepare the greens
Rinse the romaine lettuce under cool water and pat dry. Remove any brown edges and chop into bite-sized pieces to yield about 4 cups.
- 2
Parmesan
Grate or finely shave Parmesan cheese until you have about 1/2 cup.
- 3
Croutons
Measure out 1 cup of croutons. If using small kids' portions, you can crush lightly to smaller pieces for easier chewing.
- 4
Assemble base
In a large serving bowl, combine the chopped romaine, grated Parmesan, and croutons.
- 5
Dress the salad
Drizzle 3/4 cup of mild Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all leaves. Start with less dressing and add a little more if needed.
- 6
Serve
Transfer to a single plate (as requested for no split plates) and ensure it’s evenly tossed and lightly coated. Serve immediately.
