Prepare glass
Fill a wine glass with ice to about 3/4 full.

Add base
Pour 60 ml Pentire Coastal Spritz over the ice.

Dilute with fizz
Top with 120 ml soda water to fill the glass.

Stir gently
Gently stir the drink to combine the ingredients and chill.

Garnish and serve
Garnish with a rosemary sprig and 6 fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
