Cook the Pasta
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Make the Marinara Sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta and marinara sauce. Mix well to ensure the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.

In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spread half of the pasta mixture at the bottom. Dollop half of the ricotta cheese on top, then sprinkle one cup of mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers with the remaining pasta, ricotta, and mozzarella. Finally, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
