Method
Coffee Preparation
- 1
Measure Coffee Beans
Weigh out 200 grams of the Rose Line Coffee Blend using a kitchen scale.
- 2
Grind Coffee
Grind the coffee beans to a medium-coarse consistency using a coffee grinder. This should resemble sea salt.
Brewing
- 3
Boil Water
Bring 1 litre of filtered water to a boil in a kettle. Once boiled, let it cool for about 30 seconds before brewing.
- 4
Brew Coffee
Combine the ground coffee with the hot water in a French press or pour-over setup. Use a coffee-to-water ratio of approximately 1:15. Let the coffee steep for 4-5 minutes.
- 5
Press or Filter
If using a French press, slowly press down the plunger to separate the grounds from the brewed coffee. If using a pour-over method, allow the coffee to drip through completely.
Serving

Add Optional Enhancements
Pour the brewed coffee into a mug. If desired, add 100 ml of coconut milk, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, and 1 tbs of cocoa powder. Stir well. Sweeten with sugar to taste.
