Prepare the Glass
Fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice cubes to chill the glass.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the lime vodka, fresh lime juice, and house ginger syrup. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds to combine the ingredients and chill the mixture.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Top off with Fever Tree ginger beer.
