Base & Citrus

Carbonation & Finish

Method

Base & Citrus

1

Prepare tea and juices

If you don't have cold-brewed black tea ready, brew 1 tea bag in 6 oz near-boiling water for 5 minutes, cool, and refrigerate. Measure 2 oz cold black tea. Juice fresh lemon and lime and measure 0.75 oz lemon juice and 0.25 oz lime juice.

2

Add 3 oz peach nectar, 0.75 oz lemon juice, 0.25 oz lime juice and 2 oz cold black tea into a cocktail shaker or mixing glass.

Sweetener & Flavor

3

Make honey syrup if needed by stirring equal parts honey and hot water until combined. Measure 0.5 oz honey syrup and add to the shaker along with 2 tsp vanilla extract.

4

Fill the shaker with ice (about 1 cup) and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until well chilled. The vanilla and honey should be fully incorporated.

Carbonation & Finish

5

Strain the chilled mixture into a highball or Collins glass filled with fresh ice (about 1 cup).

6

Top with 2 oz club soda and gently stir once or twice to combine while preserving carbonation.

7

Garnish with a peach slice on the rim and a lemon wheel tucked into the drink. Serve immediately.
