Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Potatoes
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into thin fries or wedges, about 1/4 inch thick.
- 2
Season the Fries
In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
- 3
Bake the Fries
Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- 4
Add Garlic and Green Onions
While the fries are baking, mince the garlic cloves and chop the green onions. In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the minced garlic and chopped green onions over the fries.
- 5
Serve
Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve hot as a delicious side dish or snack.
