Method
Preparation
- 1
Dice the Meats
Begin by dicing the bacon, sausage, city ham, and country ham into small, uniform pieces (about 1/2 inch). Set aside.
- 2
Grate the Cheese
Using a cheese grater, grate the smoked cheddar cheese into a bowl and set aside.
Cooking
- 3
Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the diced bacon. Cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the bacon from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
- 4
Cook the Sausage
In the same skillet, add the diced sausage and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 5
Combine the Hams
Add the diced city ham and country ham to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, just to heat through.
- 6
Combine All Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked bacon, sausage, city ham, and country ham. Add the grated smoked cheddar cheese and mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
