Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once done, remove from heat and let rest before slicing.

Prepare the Dressing
In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, chipotle peppers, minced garlic, lemon juice, grated Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste. Set aside.

Prepare the Tortillas
Brush the flour tortillas lightly with olive oil. Cut into strips and place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden. Remove and let cool.

Assemble the Salad
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, roasted red peppers, grilled corn, and sliced grilled chicken. Drizzle with the chipotle Caesar dressing and toss gently to combine.
