Method

Pork Chops

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Chops

Season both sides of the center cut pork chops with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Pork Chops

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through and golden brown. Remove from heat and let rest.

Eggs

  1. 3

    Prepare the Eggs

In a separate skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  2. 4

    Cook the Eggs

Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness, about 2-3 minutes for sunny-side-up. Season with salt and pepper.

Breakfast Potatoes

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes, chopped onion, and bell pepper.

  2. 6

    Cook the Potatoes

Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden brown and tender.

Biscuit

  1. 7

    Prepare the Biscuit Dough

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the cold cubed butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  2. 8

    Shape and Bake the Biscuits

Stir in the milk until just combined. Turn the dough onto a floured surface, knead gently, and roll out to about 1-inch thickness. Cut out biscuits and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
