Prepare Granola

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond slices, coconut flakes, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until all the dry ingredients are coated evenly.

Bake Granola
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.

Cool Granola
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet before breaking it into clusters.
Assemble Layers

Layer Yogurt
In serving glasses or bowls, add a layer of low-fat yogurt at the bottom.

Add Granola
Spoon a layer of the cooled granola on top of the yogurt.

Add Fruit
Top the granola with slices of fresh strawberries, blueberries, and banana slices.

Serve immediately, or refrigerate for a short while before serving.
