Cup Base Preparation

    Mix Dry Ingredients

    In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.

    Combine Wet Ingredients

    In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, and melted butter. Whisk until smooth.

    Combine Mixtures

    Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.

S.O.D. Filling Preparation

    Prepare the Filling

    In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.

    Fold in Strawberries

    Gently fold in the chopped strawberries until evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese mixture.

Assembly and Baking

    Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Fill the Cups

    Spoon a layer of the cup base mixture into cupcake liners or greased muffin tins, filling them about halfway. Add a spoonful of the S.O.D. filling on top, then cover with more cup base mixture until the cups are about 3/4 full.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
