Grilled Pimento Cheese

Prepare the Sandwich
Spread butter on one side of each slice of sourdough bread. Spread pimento cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice.

Add Tomato
Slice the medium tomato and layer on top of the pimento cheese.

Add Fillings
Layer cheddar cheese, chopped bell pepper, and onion on top of the tortilla. Place the second tortilla on top.

Cook the Quesadilla
Cook until the bottom is golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.

Slice and Serve
Remove from heat, cut into wedges, and serve.
Cup Creamy Tomato Soup

Prepare the Base
In a pot, combine canned crushed tomatoes, vegetable broth, minced garlic, and basil. Bring to a simmer.

Blend and Add Cream
Once simmered, blend until smooth. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt to taste. Heat through.
Sliced Tomatoes

Slice the Tomato
Wash and slice the medium tomato into rounds for serving.
House Salad

Prepare the Salad
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes (halved), and sliced cucumber.

Dress the Salad
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine.
