Method
Prepare the Ingredients
- 1
Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through. Once cooked, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.
- 2
Fry the Eggs
In the same skillet, remove excess bacon fat, leaving about 1 tablespoon in the pan. Crack the eggs into the skillet and fry to your desired doneness (sunny side up, over easy, etc.), about 2-4 minutes.
- 3
Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Slice the tomato into thick slices.
Assemble the Sandwich
- 4
Toast the Bread
Lightly toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
- 5
Spread the Mayonnaise
Spread 1 tablespoon of Hellmann's mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
- 6
Layer the Ingredients
On two slices of the bread, layer the crispy bacon, lettuce, and tomato slices. Top with the fried eggs, then place the remaining slices of bread on top to complete the sandwich.
