Preparation
- 1
Wash the Apples
Thoroughly wash the apples under cool running water to remove any dirt or pesticides.

Juicing
- 3
Juice the Apples
Place the apple quarters in a juicer or blender. If you're using a blender, add 1 cup of water to help with blending. Blend until smooth.
- 4
Strain the Juice
If using a blender, pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a large bowl to separate the juice from the pulp. Press down on the pulp to extract as much juice as possible.
