For the Skewers

Prepare the Steak
Cut the top sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes.

Skewer the Steak
Thread the marinated steak cubes onto wooden skewers, about 4-5 pieces per skewer.
For the Rice

Rinse the Rice
Rinse the white rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

Cook the Rice
In a saucepan, combine the rinsed rice, water, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes until rice is tender and water is absorbed.

Add Beans and Season
Add the canned black beans (drained and rinsed) and cumin. Stir to combine and heat through, about 5 minutes.
For the French Fries

Prepare the Potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips.

Heat the Oil
In a deep pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Potatoes
Carefully add the potato strips to the hot oil in batches and fry until golden brown, about 4-6 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt.
For the Chimichurri

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together chopped parsley, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and salt.

Stir well to combine and let sit at room temperature for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
