In a large mixing bowl, combine the soda water, sugar, vanilla extract, lime juice, and nutmeg. Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Prepare the Cream Mixture
In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and ground cinnamon until smooth and well combined.
Combine and Serve

Combine Soda and Cream Mixture
Gradually pour the cream mixture into the soda base, stirring gently to combine. Be careful not to stir too vigorously, as you want to maintain the fizz.

Pour the finished Jamaican cream soda into glasses filled with ice. Garnish each glass with lime wedges and maraschino cherries. Serve immediately and enjoy!
