Method

For the Grilled T-Bone

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Remove the T-Bone steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

  2. 2

    Season the Steak

Rub the steaks with olive oil, then sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and rosemary evenly over both sides.

  3. 3

    Grill the Steak

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

For the Mashed Potatoes

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into quarters. Place them in a large pot and cover with cold water.

  2. 5

    Cook the Potatoes

Bring the water to a boil and add salt. Cook the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes or until fork-tender.

  3. 6

    Mash the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.

For the Asparagus

  1. 7

    Prepare the Asparagus

Trim the tough ends of the asparagus. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.

  2. 8

    Cook the Asparagus

Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus and season with salt and black pepper. Grill or sauté on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred.

For the White Rice

  1. 9

    Rinse the Rice

Rinse the white rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

  2. 10

    Cook the Rice

In a medium pot, combine the rinsed rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed. Add salt to taste.

For the Vinaigrette

  1. 11

    Mix the Vinaigrette

In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
