Prepare the Vegetables
Chop the mixed vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Set aside for grilling.

Prepare the Sea Bass
Rinse the sea bass fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Cooking

Cook the Potatoes
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the cooked potatoes and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown. Season with salt and pepper, and keep warm.

Grill the Vegetables
In the same skillet or on a grill, add another tablespoon of olive oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add the mixed vegetables and grill for about 5-7 minutes or until they are tender and slightly charred. Remove from heat and set aside.

Grill the Sea Bass
In a separate skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the sea bass fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with the garlic butter. Add lemon juice and chopped parsley during the last minute of cooking.
