Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Goat Meat
Clean and dice the assorted goat meat into bite-sized pieces. Place the diced meat in a large bowl.
- 2
Prepare the Spicy Marinade
Finely chop the ghost peppers (use gloves to avoid irritation) and add them to the bowl with the goat meat. Add minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, ground black pepper, and bouillon cubes. Mix well to ensure the meat is evenly coated with the spices. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
- 3
Cook the Goat Meat
In a large pot, heat the palm oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated goat meat and cook until browned and tender, stirring occasionally (about 45 minutes).
- 4
Prepare the Vegetables
While the meat is cooking, slice the red onions and shred the cabbage into thin strips. Set aside.
Serving
- 5
Serve the Dish
Once the goat meat is cooked, remove it from heat. Serve the spicy asun garnished with sliced cabbage and red onions on top. Enjoy with your preferred side dish.
